✨ What is Slay Squad? ✨

Slay Squad is a mentorship-based artist development community designed to help dancers, creators, and dreamers gain confidence, build consistency, and reconnect with their purpose — both in dance and in life.

It’s not just a dance program.

It’s not just a support group.

It’s a space where artistry, mindset, and community meet.

🌟 How It Works:

📚 Weekly Learning Themes

Every week, members get a video presentation and lesson exploring a new topic — such as artistry, confidence, storytelling, mindset, disability in dance, or iconic dance influences.

These video sessions are sent directly to you and can be watched on your own time — no pressure, no schedule stress, just growth at your pace.

Each topic includes:

✨ A recorded mini-lesson or presentation

✨ Artist journal prompts or reflection questions

✨ Inspiration to help you create, move, or think differently

📅 Monthly Live Community Call

• First Sunday of every month from 9–10 AM PST

• Guided group session focused on artistic identity, mindset work, and personal growth

• Followed immediately by a free member-only dance class

💬 1:1 Monthly Mentorship Session

Private sessions with me to help with goal-setting, choreography help, mindset support, or personal artistic development.

💛 A SafeCreative Community

Where your voice, your pace, and your story matter. A space for dancers and creators to grow, connect, and be seen — whether you’re training, healing, rediscovering your passion, or just getting started.

🧠 The Heart of Slay Squad:

It’s about learning to create from who you are.

To dance from your story — not around it.

To grow not through pressure, but through purpose.

You don’t have to wait until you feel “ready.”

You’re already an artist.

🎓 Slay Squad Scholarship Opportunities

I believe that artistry, mentorship, and community should be accessible — especially to dancers and creators who may be facing financial barriers, disability-related limitations, or life transitions that make traditional training difficult.

That’s why I offer a limited number of scholarship spots that provide access to the full Slay Squad program for just $25 per month.

✨ How to Apply

To be considered, send an email (or video submission) to inquiries@kayleebays.com and share a little bit about yourself.

Your submission does not need to be formal — it just needs to be honest, thoughtful, and from the heart.

You can include things like:

💛 About You

• Who you are (name, age, dance experience — beginner, returning, experienced, etc.)

• What drew you to Slay Squad

🎭 Your Why

• Why you’re interested in joining

• What you’re hoping to gain — confidence, community, mentorship, connection to dance, creative identity, etc.

• How you feel Slay Squad could support your journey

🌱 Financial Need or Access Challenges

You may share (only if you’re comfortable):

• If finances or other circumstances are a barrier to joining

• If disability, access, location, mental health, or life changes have made it hard to stay connected to dance or mentorship

• If this program could help you re-enter, begin, or continue your artistic journey

📹 Optional Video Submission:

If you’d rather talk than write, you can record a short video (phone-quality is perfect!) sharing the same things — your story, your goals, and why Slay Squad would be meaningful to you.
